R&L started 5 years ago doing what we still do today: construction and remodeling for homeowners around Boston, with the owner on site and the same crew from demo to punch list.
The way we work is simple. You get an itemized estimate — demo, materials, labor, line by line — so you know where every dollar goes before we start. If we open a wall and find something (in Boston-area homes, we usually do), we photograph it, price the fix separately, and you decide. The final bill matches the contract, plus only what you approved along the way.
