Usually yes. We sequence rooms so you always have a working kitchen or bathroom, seal off dust with zip walls, and clean up daily.
How do you price a remodel — square foot or line item?
Line item. You see what demo, framing, plumbing, electrical, finishes and labor each cost. Square-foot pricing hides too much.
What if we find problems behind the walls?
In houses around Boston we usually do — old knob-and-tube wiring, hidden rot. We photograph it, price the fix separately, and you decide before we touch it.
