Measure & moisture check
We measure every room, check moisture (critical over Boston basements) and recommend material that fits how you live.
Subfloor prep
Leveling compound, re-screwing, repairs. Skipping this step is why floors bounce and click.
Install & finish
Most homes: 2–4 days per floor level. Furniture moved carefully, trim reinstalled, dust contained.
Installed prices in Massachusetts typically run: LVP $6–$10/sq ft, laminate $5–$9/sq ft, prefinished hardwood $10–$16/sq ft including materials. Subfloor repair, if needed, is quoted per area up front — never a mid-job surprise.

LVP or hardwood — which should I pick?
LVP for basements, kitchens, dogs and rentals: waterproof and tough. Hardwood for living areas and resale value in Boston-area homes. We'll tell you straight which fits each room.
Can you install over my existing floor?
Sometimes — LVP can go over flat tile or vinyl. Hardwood can't go over carpet or cushioned vinyl. We check flatness with a straightedge and give you a yes/no on the spot.
Do you move furniture?
Yes, room by room, included in the quote. Fragile items and electronics we ask you to relocate.
