Questions homeowners
ask us
Do you pull the permits or do I?
We do. R&L coordinates permit drawings, files with your town's building department and schedules every inspection. You sign, we handle the rest.
How long does a home addition take in Massachusetts?
A typical 200–400 sq ft addition runs 10–16 weeks after permits, depending on the season and the town's inspection schedule. We give you a written timeline before we start.
Do you work with my architect or engineer?
Yes. If you already have plans, we build from them. If you don't, we bring in the structural engineer and draftsman we've used on past Boston-area jobs.
